The greatest thing since sliced bread that I use everyday is Dropbox. Dropbox is an online "cloud" portal where you can conveniently store documents to share with others. So, long gone are the days where you'd need to wait until you get home to share docs from your computer. With Dropbox, you can do everything virtually -- and from your phone. You determine who has access to your Dropbox.
The more people you share Dropbox with, the more free space you're granted. Be savvy!
